T.Y.T. - Take Your Time...but quickly!!!
"Take your time" is surely one of the most popular sentence in Dublin...but now, it's exactly what I have to do.
I must take my time, but paradoxally,...very quickly because time is running out.
What I mean is that, unfortunately in these last 20 days, I broke my leg, had a surgery, stayed at hospital...and recentely came back home with a funny metal ring around my leg...a horrible external fixator which will be my new little friend for the next 6 weeks!
Obviousely, this accident has stolen much time from my work experience and considerating that on 27th Aug I'm coming back to Italy, the remaining time is really short and precious.
In short, it's right that I take my time to get well, but it's also right that I do whatever I can, in order to live at best these last days in Ireland, mostly focusing all my energies to my job.
My body in this moment is like an enterprise needing someone's help because something doesn't work. At the moment, to take care of my health, I need the doctors, the checks, the assistance and the crotches, but what happens when something wrong deals with your own business?
The only suitable answer is that your business could die in very short time if you don't act soon!
That's why it seems necessary to not lose further time, but use it to do something useful for your enterprise. So, if you are able to understand that something is paralysing your business, you also must be able to look for an help by the right people.

What a week!!!
The last week was surely one of the best in this last times!
That's why I enjoyed it personally and professionally both. Particularly, last saturday will be for long time in my mind and in my heart.
Sat 07/07/07 Brief diary of a lucky day!
- 06.25 - flight to Charleroi to meet a dear person...hm, hm..:) to spend some days together.
- 10.00 - leaving to Bruxelles and visiting a nice oriental market and the amazing city-center, full of multietnical people and rich of wonderful monuments, with suggestive squares and thousands of international snacks and restaurants.
- 18.30 - leaving to Paris!!!
- 20:45 - arrival to the hotel and preparatives for the night...la nuit parisienne!
- 22:00 - Tour Eiffel shining in front of me...what else more?
- 23:00 - entry to Buddah Bar...shocking in every way!
- 24.00 - return to the hotel to sleep in order to visit the following day the most beautiful areas of Paris.
From a professional side, instead, I enjoyed mostly two days:
1) On wednesday morning, my collegue Simona and I had a very interesting meeting with a business man, founder of a new company involved in bioinformatics. We had a friendly chat with him about his business and the opportunity to help him in the developement of a marketing plan to launch his innovative product and the relatives services.
2) On thursday, I spent almost all my working day with a new interesting marketing issue: the referral system. I liked a lot taking care of this matter, because I learnt something new and, at the same time, I tested myself, working out some good ideas for 3r marketing strategy.
Moreover, I'm really happy that some of my advices to get better 3r website have been taken, because this kind of things encourage me and make me feel more useful for my company.

My first days at work
Wow! I'm in Dublin... with my friends... with my grant... and with my job! That's what i thought just arrived by coach to Dublin! It was raining (as usually), but on my face was shining the sun!
This is only my second day at work and I feel really happy to get this job-opportunity becuse all what I'm doing is exactly what I want to do. Of course, it' s not yet so easy for me to be able to understand everything or to do something useful, but I'm doing my best to learn how much more it's possible in order to give my help for this company.
The name of the company in which I'm employed is 3R Sales and Marketing and it's involved in three main business fields: marketing, sales and coaching.
Its founder is Peter Lawless, a great sales and marketing coach with many years of experience and several rare skills like the supreme art of eloquence and the ability to motivate and persuade people. Actually, my training is supervised mainly by Simona Antosikova - the Marketing Executive of 3R - a Slovakian girl so young as smart. She can speak five languages, takes care of 3R's website, deals with the clients and most of all, she loves what she does, because she works hard with interest and passion.
Finally, I can add only that I feel very lucky to have met these people and this opportunity along my life-way because I'm sure that this experience will improve myself.
